Koru Phase is located directly opposite the West Side Village Phase.
Consisting of 3 blocks, Koru Etap contains 93 keys and consists of only 1+1 and 2+1 apartment types.
All apartments here have either a forest view or a sea view.
It is located next to the forest and is a quiet and peaceful stage, which is generally preferred by students due to its proximity to Koç University.
The best advantage of this phase, which is not available in other phases, is that all houses on the -1 and ground floors are suitable for office use.
