Phase 2 was delivered by Yıldızlar Construction in May 2021.
The village is directly opposite the 1st stage.
In the 2nd stage consisting of 285 keys, we have options from 1+1 apartments to 6+1 villas.
Due to the location and site plan, many apartments and villas have forest views. In this phase, 4+1 row villas have the best view as they are at the front row of the site.
Most terrace duplexes in phase 2 have forest views, again due to the high elevation.
Due to its proximity to Koç University, students prefer the apartment part of this phase, while families prefer duplexes or villas.
In this phase, as in the other phases, closed parking lots and storage rooms are available in every apartment.
Residents of the 2nd stage can use the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, football, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts in the 1st stage in addition to the 2nd stage pool.
