I am Kerem Ali Yörükoğlu. I was born in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. After completing my high school education in Toronto, Canada, I moved to Milan, Italy for university and studied Political Science and Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano. During my undergraduate studies, I focused on international trade and macroeconomics, and developed my expertise by conducting academic studies in these fields.

While I was looking for accommodation as a student in Canada and Italy, I experienced the difficulties of this process up close. It was at this point that I started - perhaps unwittingly - laying the foundations of my real estate career by starting to support students from abroad in finding houses and rooms.

In 2021, after graduating, I started working as an International Sales Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri. I was responsible for Africa, MENA, Turkic Republics, India and Far East regions. In this role, I gained deep experience in business development, export and channel management.

After three years of Eczacıbaşı experience, I accepted the offer from Amazon Turkey and assumed the portfolio management of brands such as Sony, HyperX, BOYA and Ulanzi as Brand Manager in the electronics category.

After a year of Amazon experience, I decided to return to the real estate sector, which I never really left, this time full-time. Now, I am transferring my international experience, commercial knowledge and regional expertise to the real estate consultancy process in and around Zekeriyaköy.
