Live and Work was delivered by Yildizlar Construction in June 2022.

The lower floors of this stage are shops and the upper floors are apartments. In this phase consisting of 185 apartments and 25 shops, we have 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 options as apartment types.

These newly opened shops are expected to meet the daily shopping needs of the KÖY.

The courtyard behind the shops gives it a completely different atmosphere.

In this phase, as in the other phases, closed parking lots and storage rooms are available in every apartment.

Residents of the phase can use the indoor-outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, football, basketball, volleyball, volleyball courts and tennis courts that were available in the 1st phase as social facilities.
