What this site collects

We collect visit statistics: which pages were viewed, how long the visit lasted, where the visitor came from, and which device and browser were used. This is processed through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.

If you submit the contact form, the name, phone number and email you provide are used only to reply to you.

Advertising and remarketing

If you consent to the advertising category, we use Google Ads and Meta (Instagram, Facebook) cookies. These serve two purposes: measuring whether our ads work, and showing relevant listings later to people who visited the site. We do not send your identity to these platforms; matching happens through cookies and device identifiers.

If you decline, none of these cookies are written. Google Consent Mode v2 and Meta consent management are used; no measurement data reaches these platforms until permission is granted.

What happens if you decline

Analytics and advertising cookies do not run until you save a choice. The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 and the default state is denied across all four categories. If you press «Essential only», no statistics cookie is written and the site keeps working exactly the same.

To change your decision later, use the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of any page. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Transfer outside Türkiye

Google and Meta servers are located outside Türkiye, and measurement and advertising data is processed there. Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) this is a cross-border transfer and happens only with your explicit consent.

Retention

Google Analytics event data is kept for at most 14 months. Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear it. Contact form records are kept for at most 2 years after your request is resolved.
