Phase 1 was delivered by SiyahKalem Construction in 2018.
It has the largest area of the project and has 3 separate entrances.
In this phase, which consists of 497 keys in total, there are all options from 1+1 flats to 7+1 detached villas as house types.
In this phase we have mostly 3+1, 4+1 garden duplexes, 4+1 garden simplexes and 3+1 terrace duplexes and 4+1 row villas.
All apartments and villas have closed garages and storage rooms.
